Please find the terms & conditions for D’Monaco below.

All reservations will require an advance deposit equaling your first night’s stay at the time of booking. Weekend stays are a 2-night minimum.  If reservations are not canceled more than 48 hours prior to check-in time at 3 PM the first day of your stay, you will forfeit one nights room and tax deposit. 

Holiday stays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will require a 3-day minimum stay, a deposit of one hundred percent (100%) of your stay at the time of booking. The deposit, which is applied to the cost of your accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to confirm. If reservations are not Canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in time at 3 PM the first day of your stay.  You will forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit.

Unfortunately, due to some irresponsible pet owners, we no longer allow pets.  We will miss our furry friends!  A $200 non-refundable fee will be applied to your final bill for each pet in your villa if this policy is violated.  The resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating the resort policies.

D’Monaco Resort is a Non-Smoking property.  This includes Guest Rooms, all Balconies, Restaurant, and Pool Area.  A $250.00 cleaning fee will be applied to your final bill if this policy is violated.  This policy includes e-Cigarettes.  Thank you for your cooperation.

D’Monaco has implemented additional safety measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in addition to following CDC, state, and county guidelines.  This includes enhanced cleaning procedures, requiring our staff to wear face coverings, and encouraging social distancing, between individuals that are not family members or people you reside with, in all areas of the resort.
